FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS
Excellent water resistance and rust resistance,good chemical resistance and oil resistance; and the paint film is tough, with good adhesion, impact resistance and abrasion resistance, high effective ingredients, thicker coating can be applied at one time, airless spraying-dry film thickness can reach 150-200µm.

1.The primer film must be ground, cleaned and dried before spraying.(Wet abrading600#-800# , Dry abrading400#-600#)
2.When the temperature is higher than 30°C, the appropriate amount of Butyl Cellosolve should be added when the thinner is used to avoid floating with the silver powder paint.
3.Due to the high transparency of the metal paint, the requirements for the spraying tool and technology are high. Otherwise, the metal paint layer will have floating and weakly metallic feeling.
4.Metal paint spray film thickness should not exceed 25um. Otherwise the adhesion between layers may not be strong.
5.Flash after every layer of metal paint is sprayed. If there are dust spots or particles on the surface of the paint, wipe it off with a tack cloth.
6.Spray varnish asap after spraying 1K-based paint for 10-15 minutes. If the time is too long, it will affect the adhesion.
